Do I need to place a minimum number of orders per month?
No. There is no minimum. You can just make one order a year!
How can I book a delivery?
There are three ways: using the online form on our website, by phone or APP.
How early should I book a 24×7 Courier?
You only need to book 30 minutes in advance if the first delivery is within travel zone 1, one hour in advance if in travel zone 2 and 1.5–2 hours if further out of .
How do I know that the 24×7 Courier is from 24×7 24×7 Courier and not from somewhere else?
The 24×7 Courier will ask you to sign in the app on his/her smartphone/ give a slip. In addition, the 24×7 Courier will contact you before arriving at the address so you will be able to identify him/her.
How we work
Do you pack the goods?
No, the 24×7 Courier will deliver the goods in the same packaging they were collected in.
I have a very urgent order. Can I specify a 30 minute interval between two deliveries?
Yes, as long as this time is sufficient for the 24×7 Courier person to get from one address to the other.
What do I do if I want to send several items to the recipient to choose from?
On the form, add your collection point separately as a return address.
Can I order delivery of heavy goods (Industrial and non-Industrial)?
Yes. We can arrange the delivery of heavy goods for you. However, you will be charged a different delivery price.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you change the order after the 24×7 Courier has set off, you will be charged ₹ 100. You can make changes through your online account or by phone, but these changes have to be agreed with the 24×7 Courier.
How do I know if the 24×7 Courier has delivered the parcel?
You will receive a text message or email. The recipient will also receive a text message notifying them that the 24×7 Courier is coming (unless the delivery is a surprise).
How can I know whether a particular location is served by your company?
The same can be searched on the website of our company.
How can I find out the delivery status of my consignments?
Enter your consignment number with three alphabets station code prefix in the “TRACE” box and click Track.
How can I request you to pick up a 24×7 Courier?
Click on “PICKUP REQUEST “and enter your relevant details.
What is the customs requirement for despatch of International shipments?
Click on “INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS” for relevant details.
What are the regulatory requirements for despatch of domestic consignments in India?
Click on “Terms and Conditions” for relevant details.
How can I meet your representative to discuss about availing your services on a regular basis?

Where should I contact to know more details about the delivery status of my consignment?

What are the articles that are banned on your services?
Click on “Terms and Conditions” and refer under dangerous/banned articles.
Are there any holidays for your company that is likely to affect service schedules?
National Holidays or State Holidays are termed to be the holidays for the company.
